About Us
New World Office is the brain child of Joanne Peterson. After working for 20 years in various industries, she brings her tech-savvy, analytical mind and organizing skills to the world of small business.
Joanne has experience working in the finance industry, where time is money, and efficiency is key. She is extremely detail-oriented, and literally saved lives with this talent (at her weekend job of packing reserve parachutes as a licensed rigger!).
Joanne worked in technology, in positions that incorporated software training, computer tech support, and upper level management knowledge of email infrastructure. She foresaw the importance of employees understanding how to use their software to its fullest advantage to be more efficient in their jobs.
Throughout her career, Joanne saw ways to help save time and money for each employer, developing workflow processes and streamlining day-to-day procedures, while teaching co-workers to do the same.
Establishing relationships with small business owners, Joanne saw a need to help these self-starters thrive. They would need to become more efficient in how they worked in their offices, and learn how to use the best software for their particular business needs. All of this would help business people save time, and in the end, make more money. And it would need to be done in a cost-efficient manner. New World Office was born!
